I am a Very Busy Contractor, need 2 guys... I remodel and flip houses, both for investor flips and For Sale Homes, I do Windows, and basement work... in addition to General House Repairs. The right person will have a full week of work, and good pay for an honest days work. You need to have a car or truck to get to work. You need to have a DL or Green Card, etc... This is a 1099 position, You are NOT an employee. You will be a Labor worker, or Sub. You need your own basic tools... If you do not have the knowledge on something, I need you to tell me, so we can address the situation, and the job doesnt slow down. Bonus points if you know how to tuck point, or run a metal brake. Please, tell me about you. No 1 liners... This is a test...lol I need to know something about you, so I can decide to call you or not. I need your Name, and a Number, What area of town are you in?, Your best skills and your worst. I will respond as soon as I can, This is an immediate job/work opening. You can start tomorrow, I will need you to come meet me at a job site, so we can shake hands, and see who we are dealing with. Pay is the following week, if your daily or weekly project is done on time. A person who can paint in a decent time frame, or install 2 vinyl windows per hour, or be productive on whatever you are assigned, should make 25 to 50 an hour. I will not pay you 50 an hour if you stand around or accomplish nothing, no matter what excuse you use.... I get paid to complete projects, and that is why Im looking for more help.
