Landscape Maintenance Foreman Position available: $2000.00 bonus after you complete your 90 probationary period with a positive review!!! Growing Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Company seeking experienced Landscape Maintenance Foremen for our Ocala/Marion County area. The Lawn Care Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day planning and supervision of a maintenance crew. This individual supervises and participates in the activities of an assigned work crew; trains other workers on work procedures, equipment operation, maintenance, and safety issues. All Potential Employees Must: Possess a friendly, customer service minded disposition. Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Maintain a well groomed appearance. Follow company dress code and wear all appropriate safety gear at all times. Be willing to learn personal development to be a better leader. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 7 years experience in the lawn maintenance and landscaping field - A minimum of 3 years experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing lawn maintenance, landscaping or related services. - Must have basic horticultural knowledge of common plants used in Florida landscapes - Valid driver's license with a clean record. - Drug and Alcohol free. - Ability to drive a truck and trailer. Benefits Available: - 1 week paid vacation after 6 months of employment for foreman position - Paid holidays (7 days) - 3 paid sick days per year - Performance bonus may be available - Starting pay rate $32,000 - $ 42,000 per year, depending on experience and ability.
