I have a 1 acre sloped lot in the Derby Downs subdivision which I will be building a spec home on. However, before we start the construction phase I want to mow the parcel one more time so that it is a "close cut". There are some stakes in the ground that mark out the corners of the house so you will need to mow around those but besides that the lot is wide open. It does have around a 20% slope on some of it so you will have to go slow on that portion. The address is 1771 Derby Downs Dr if you want to view it first.
