Seeking live in or out handyman/super for Multi unit apartment complex. general maintenance and repairs as well as apt turnovers including kitchens and bathrooms, etc. 40 hour work week ALL INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: A VAN OR TRUCK, OWN TOOLS, ability to use a smart phone, Experience required: Plumbing, electrical,carpentry, drywall, painting & tiling. Daily tasks will consist of: - repairs in apartments - painting - light electrical - light plumbing - light carpentry/ drywall - heat calls - take care of emergency calls - any state or city inspections salary 500 - 700 depending on experience
