Local trucking company has an immediate opening for a TIRE TECHNICIAN. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Inspect and assess damaged or worn tires on Tractor Trailers. Replace damaged tires. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining required standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: • Inspecting and assessing tire tread levels, overall health of tire • Install, remove and repair tires • Attention to detail • Ability to lift heavy objects • Ability to work in a crouched or standing position Starting salary $18.00 an hour. Opportunity to advance your skills and pay. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: One year of experience, current driver's license, and basic hand tools.
