Description

-Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings. - Remove trash from apartment community and leasing office on a daily basis. Ensure grounds are free of debris and litter. - Assist in preparation for market ready apartments. - Assist Maintenance supervisor/ Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in timely manner -Responsible for cleaning the community grounds. - Heavy lifting
