Construction company looking for upbeat individual with great attitude and reliability for courier and construction yard maintenance position. Clean and valid driver's license required. Duties include: managing our construction yard with regards to material and supply organization, work trucks, equipment and overall tidiness; communicating with office and field personnel for delivery/pick up of a variety of items from supplies, tools, materials, equipment/scaffolding and the like; swapping trucks for repairs. Any construction knowledge especially in wood rough framing and exterior trim is preferred as that is our specialty. Company vehicle and company cell phone while working included. Steady, full-time work and paid vacation.
