The Sustany Foundation Green Drinks featuring very special guest speakers John and Kay Sullivan John and Kay Sullivan are the developers of Winthrop Village a live/work community in Riverview. John and Kay took their vision of having affordable housing options where workers could walk to their employment sites in the same community. The development, Winthrop Town Centre, is the location where we will be having this meeting so you can see first hand their efforts. Join us for our first 2021 installment of our Green Drinks Tampa Speaker Series where we will learn about the Sullivan's efforts to rethink suburban life and their vision of sustainable living. This is a networking event dedicated to sustainability in Tampa Bay where individuals and companies can share their passion for creating a sustainable Tamp Bay.
