Join us as we craft three courses to honor this very special lady. First we'll carve delicate slices of beet cured salmon paired with asparagus, a poached egg, Hollandaise and salmon caviar. For the entree we'll pan roast a breast of chicken atop creamy polenta with roasted red grapes, rosemary and Balsamic vinegar, and to finish a lemon & vanilla panna cotta with strawberry basil compote. $65.00
