A time for pastors to come together and encourage one another. Includes time for connection, refreshments, lunch, and inspiration. Paul Rosser, from Chic-Fil-A, has noticed a strain on pastors as they have tried to lead their congregations through the pandemic and many other tumultuous events in 2020. He wants to provide time for encouragement for spiritual leaders, and an opportunity to discover a new resource for pastoral encouragement through Full Strength Network. Full Strength Network (FSN) is a non-denominational Christian clergy family serving ministry. FSN believes that healthy pastors lead healthy churches, and healthy churches change the world. This organization is dedicated to serving anyone in Christian ministry with shepherding responsibilities, including ordained or licensed pastors, ministry leaders, and their spouses. Rosser is generously offering to provide a catered Chic-Fil-A lunch for pastors, and bring in special guest speaker, Marty Sawyers, FSN's President & CEO. Marty Sawyers was recently named the President/CEO of FSN.  He previously served for 10 years as the executive pastor at Cornerstone Church in Chandler, AZ.  He has an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
