5th Annual Carrie Anne Scott Memorial Scholarship Kayaking Event and Rubber Duck Race Our 5th Annual Carrie Anne Scott Memorial Scholarship Kayak Event will be held on Little Coal River at the Danville Boat Ramp in Danville, WV. We will begin registration at noon. If you do not have a kayak we will provide one for you. Kayaks are first come first serve. We will put in a the Danville boat ramp and get out at the ramp right after Stephen's Auto. We will have a shuttle for you and your kayak to go back to your vehicle. After your trip down river, join us for a cookout on us! Your registration fee includes: T-shirt Food and transportation for you and your kayak back to your vehicle Prices: Single $20 Family $50 Kayak Rental $10 RUBBER DUCK RACE AND PRIZE Southern WV Community and Technical College will have a rubber duck race right before the kayak event. The ducks will be dropped off the bridge and sent down river to the Danville boat ramp. If your duck crosses the finish line first you could WIN A KAYAK autographed by MU Football and NFL player Chad Pennington and MU Coach Bob Pruitt. Kayak will come with life vest and paddle!!!
