If you are interested in coming to work with us please respond via email with a brief introductory letter of who you are, include your work history, skills, a contact phone number and salary requirements. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for an experienced handyman who has SOME, IF NOT ALL, of the following skills: ELECTRIC SKILLS - such as replacing outlets, trouble shooting various electrical issues such as a lost ground, replacing bad fluorescent ballasts, hang and connect new light fixtures, install new exit and emergency lights, bend conduit, pull wire, install breakers, etc. PLUMBING SKILLS - sweat pipe, cut and fuse PVC, snake a drain with an electric auger, trouble shoot drain issues, install a faucet, repair a leaking faucet/shower, install a gas stove, replace a thermo-coupler. GENERAL SKILLS - replacing a lock on a door with a mortise cylinder, trouble shoot all type of lock/cylinder/key problems, minor roof repairs, replace a spring balance on a hung window, trouble shoot a refrigerator problem, wood repairs, sheetrock repairs, concrete repairs, painting and cleaning. Applicant should have a clean driver's license. The person we invite to join our team must be reliable and have a clear strong work ethic.
