Immediate Hire - Overnight Stewards for Kitchen Cleaning at NYC Restaurants (10012). Overnight Hours between 10PM - 6AM to detail clean and prepare kitchen Hot Lines for the next day's service. Compensation: $16/$17 per hour COMMERCIAL KITCHEN CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Scope of work includes: -- Clean and sanitize the front and top surfaces throughout kitchen - prep tables, equipment, etc. -- Clean the interior and exterior of all ovens and stove tops -- Clean of the grills and flat top/plancha -- Clean the range hood inside and out -- Remove and clean the hood filters -- Wipe down and clean all wall surfaces and walk-in doors -- Exterior and interior of all sinks, floor drains and floor sinks -- Scrub and rinse all floors -- Remove any remaining garbage Additional Requirements: -- Must be able to take Subway or Bus to job location (transportation). -- Background Check required. -- Must be able to work the hours stated Please reply with your contact information for phone interview.
