Real Estate Company Seeking a property manager with at least 5 years experience in commercial property. MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS. The position will regularly communicate with tenants to handle complaints and requests for repairs including follow up with building superintendents to ensure that the matter is resolved. The position will also involve scheduling maintenance vendors (HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Masons, etc.) and contractors for work at the properties or meetings. Must have construction knowledge.
