The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician at Chateau Lake Terrace in New Orleans, LA. Responsibilities: • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and routine preventative maintenance. • Monitoring physical condition of community, pick up grounds and report any issues. • Other duties as assigned by management.
