This position is in preparation for a position as a Project Manager. Must have experience in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration. Certification not required, but highly regarded.
-Perform services as assigned, following protocol guidelines.
-Communicate with the Project Manager to make sure that all needs are met.
-Manage Crews at site in accordance with company procedures.
-Support Technicians and other sub-contractors as needed.
-Coordinate requirements for the job, supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish.
-Provide and communicate clear and accurate scoping of services and job estimates to customers.
-Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance and residential customers.
-Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.
