Come join us or a night of relaxation through guided meditation, reiki energy healing and sound therapy. Feel free to bring crystals, water, tinctures or anything you'd like to cleanse/charge with the sound waves. You can keep these safely near you. We ask that you enter the space with your face mask on. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow to lay comfortably on. And consider applying a few drops of your favorite essential oil to your mask or skin to help you relax further. We value your time, so here is a heads up that we may run a few minutes over time while people are coming back into the space after deep relaxation, stretching, sharing their experiences if they feel comfortable to, etc. We cant wait to see you there!
