Join us for three days of high-quality professional learning in downtown Louisville, KY for the JCPS Deeper Learning Symposium 2021. The Jefferson County Public Schools' (JCPS) 2021 Deeper Learning Symposium: The Future We Make will be three days of quality professional development from educational leaders around the world and an opportunity to grow their professional learning network (PLN) by connecting to other participants. The largest district-level event of it's kind in the surrounding states, the Symposium will offer self-selected sessions from 60 minutes to three hours led by educators from JCPS as well as US and global educational leaders. Daily general sessions include paradigm-shifting national and international voices of change in education; powerful student performances will be present throughout the event. All Deeper Learning Symposium sessions will encompass the JCPS Deeper Learning Framework and focus on the following strands:Cultivating Learning Communities Designing Learning Experiences Growing Learners Capturing & Communicating Learning Designing Professional Learning & Cultivating Educator Leadership Building Systemic Capacity for Deep Change Actualizing Equity through Deeper, Professional Learning Leveraging Technology to Reimagine & Maximize Learning
