Let's celebrate Pastor Helen's Ministry at FCC and wish her well in her Retirement with a picnic at Lion's Den shelter on May 30. Join us for a picnic celebration of Pastor Helen's ministry and retirement on May 30th from 2:30-5:30 pm at the Lion’s Den shelter at Cascades Park. This shelter has been the site of many FCC picnics, so let’s have one more fun picnic in honor of Helen. Bring your own picnic meal. We will have grills fired up for anyone who wants to grill burgers or hot dogs. We will also provide bottled water and dessert! City guidelines limit outdoor gatherings to 50. If we go over 50, we will simply divide the time into two time slots so that we can keep the numbers at a safe level. Be sure to let us know how many will be in your group and answer the question about which time slot you would prefer in this sign-up. We will also provide a “drive-through” reception line along the circle drive at Lion’s Den shelter from 2:00-2:30. If you are not comfortable with group gatherings, you can drive through the circle slowly and speak from your car to Helen and Bruce while stopping very briefly at an area on the circle drive where they will be receiving well wishes.
