This item was taken from a storage container at Willamette humane society thrift store at 548 High St NE, Salem, OR on the evening or morning of may 4-5. This was full of clothing and couldn't have made it very far without being noticed. The store doesn't care about the clothing as it was slated to go to other charities, however the cart is needed to run the store. The cost of a new one is over 400 and the store does not have it in the budget to replace it. Please if you know were the cart is or you see it please let the store know. No questions asked.
