Found Small Dog

Found small dog at about 8:30 am on 5/4 on SW Leonard St in Corvallis. Black fur, medium length, white paws/chest, looks like a chihuahua or chi-mix, approximately 10 lbs. Wearing a black harness but no tags, no microchip. Male, seems young. After trying to find his owner for about 10 hours, I had to turn him over to Heartland Humane Society (transported by Corvallis Animal Control). If you think this is your dog, please contact the Humane Society! Best of luck to the sweet little pup in making it back to his home.
