ISO place to park & live in my 39’ converted school bus

Hi there! I’m currently commuting from my bus spot in Salem to Corvallis, but would love to find a place to permanently park in this cool little town. Other than needing access to a hose, an outlet & a septic clean out (I can help find yours if you’re uncertain where it is), me & my dog keep to ourselves & pay rent rent early. We prefer to be a bit out of the way since unfortunately some neighbors aren’t down with bus livin & can pay to put down gravel on any soft ground. Let me know if you have room for us! Cheers!
