This is a Woodford and Old Forester bourbon dinner. Our chef paired amazing courses with each of the special hand crafted cocktails.
We will have a cocktail hour starting at 6:00 serving complimentary bubbly to kick off our Hump Day Bourbon Dinner.
First Course
Woodford Rye Manhattan Served with a goat cheese on toast drizzled with balsamic vinegar and topped with bing cherries
Second Course
Woodford Spire Lemonade Served with pork belly served over mint, quinoa, cranberry, apple with lemon & olive oil vinaigrette
Third Course
Old Forester Iced Tea Served with pickle brined fried chicken served over a pearl sugar waffle with grilled leek & English breakfast glazed carrots
Fourth Course
Woodford Bourbon Rasberry Sour Served with Rasberry Chocolate brownies topped with minthed whipped cream.
