I am looking for someone with home maintenance and repair experience. The person hired would be working on most aspects of home maintenance, from repair of existing components, as well as upgrades and installation of new components. Duties include, but not limited to, the following: drywall repair, flooring installation, siding, gutter work, window replacement, door replacement, trash removal, painting, snow removal from sidewalks, and some roofing and concrete work. My company mainly contracts with the apartment rental companies in Pullman. Some work in the outlying communities. Requirements: 1. Must be able to show up on time, ready to go to work. 2. Must be able to complete work assigned to them in a timely manner and be able to work unsupervised. 3. Must have a valid drivers license, proof of current insurance, and a clean driving record (no accidents that were your fault, numerous speeding or parking tickets). 4. Must have strong general repair skills. Fix it like you would for yourself. 5. Good communication skills. 6. Well organized and apt in problem solving. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Provide basic tools needed to complete work orders. Specialty tools will be provided to you to use. Basic tools include a hammer, screwdriver, pliers, tools like that. 9. Must be courteous! I do not tolerate abusive language or behavior. 10. Must have a cell phone capable of downloading and operating a time tracking app (you would be compensated for this use of your phone). Paid time off is paid by the hour worked. Wages higher, depending on experience. This is a full time position for the right person. Email is the best way to contact me.
