By lifeguard Tower 28 Convenient Parking : Lot 5 , 2701 Barnard Way, Santa Monica, CA 90405 With light facilitation and intention, we dance, liberate, and celebrate to eclectic tunes streaming into silent disco headsets, giving you the freedom to dance, connect, and have space for full self expression. The sandy beach is your dance floor...the waves and the setting sun is your backdrop. Event Flow: 5:00-5:30- Check-in 5:30-5:45- Opening Circle with Mariane Karou (live) 5:45-7:00- chk chk chk (streamed) 7:00-08:00- Ride the Wave with Mariane Karou(live) 8:00-9:15- Mark Farina (streamed) 9:15-9:30-Closing Circle (live) This event is a celebration of our partnership with discology.io that will allow you to stream The Wave live from anywhere! With your ticket purchase you receive the a free entrance to the Discology Create Space music festival, The lineup includes A Wave with Founder Julia Grace, from 2:30-3:30pm PST, in addition to amazing DJ's like The funk hunters, Mark Farina, and more! Once ticket is purchased information will be emailed as to how to redeem! What to bring: water bottle, extra warm layers for warmth and the final meditation, your mask. **This is a socially distanced event** We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Thankfully the beach allows for so much outdoor air and space. In order to be in compliance with the county health department and continue these events , please show up wearing a mask and keep socially distanced throughout the event. Please be mindful of other guests and beachgoers, and maintain social distance from those around you. Upon arrival temperatures will be taken and hand sanitizer will be provided. A portion of the proceeds of ticket sales and donations, supports ALMA, our non profit organization that addresses loneliness and isolation in seniors citizens through movement, arts, and intergenerational connection!!
