Skim sand completely smooth one wall

Need one wall completely skimmed and sanded smooth. The wall is Sheetrock on top of plaster which is not straight. Need to be able to skim very wide and sand with long board. Experience only. Will pay only if wall completely smooth. Experience only. Need to bring ALL materials and tools. Bring receipt for materials. EXPERIENCE ONLY this is a job for someone who is very good and skimming and sanding to to level 4 finish.
