Compensation: $14-22 an hour depending on experience and skill set. Employment Type: full-time Turner Coatings, LLC is an coating application company located in Spring, Texas. We are an employee centered organization that understands without our employees we would not be the shop that we are today. We are currently looking for several individuals to join our team. The primary responsibilities would include masking, touch-ups, cleaning, and coating. These individuals may be dispatched off-site for an upcoming large commercial project. When not off-site, employees will be used at Turner Coatings facility as painter helpers, ship prep positions, or industrial painters (if skilled and experienced). Day shift positions are available and scheduling must be flexible. Compensation is $14-$22 an hour depending on experience. We offer a benefits package with a company contribution towards Health Insurance. Currently working 35-45 hours a week. Monday through Saturday, occasional Sunday. The Right Attitude •Take Pride in Your Work •Respect Others •Be Self-Motivated •Have a Sense of Urgency Job Duties Include: - Cleaning, sweeping - Masking parts for sandblasting or painting - Hanging parts on racks for sandblasting or painting - Painting walls both interior and exterior (Commercial or Residential) - Assembly and disassembly of equipment - Cleaning and degreasing - Using basic tools and power tools - Organizing loads and palletizing safely - Forklift or Crane experience is a plus Requirements: - Must have reliable transportation and be punctual - Must be able to lift and move 75# regularly - Must be able to communicate with Management - Must be able to work outside - Must have steel-toed work boots - Shop is located in Spring, TX. However, you may be asked to commute to a job site (local to Houston) for some shifts.
