Resort Property in Miramar Beach is seeking a full time, year round maintenance team member. Property maintenance experience required including appropriate handling and use of hand tools and small engines, electrical and gas powered tools. Basic knowledge of landscaping, plumbing and electrical needed. Job requires moderate lift, carry, push/pull with an occasional climb and crawl. Key functions include maintenance of the grounds, pools, hot tubs, pool decks and constant policing of property for litter, trash and debris. Drug test and background check required.
