Partner WOD and Fundraiser for Lupe Howell The Crossfit Community is like no other, let's come together for one of our own. Lupe Howell was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in mid-April and will begin aggressive treatments the week of May 1st. This is a chance for us to come together, workout, and raise funds to help Lupe and Hampton as they begin the hardest WOD of their life. Details: Partner WOD (if you don't have a partner, no problem, we will find one for you) $25 Entry fee (per person) includes T-shirt (men) or Tank (women) and 1 raffle ticket (all money will go directly to the family) We will also have a silent auction with some great items.
