CONCORD, MA — A four-year-old goat that had been on the run for nearly two weeks has been safely returned to his owner. The Nigerian Dwarf goat mix named Spencer escaped from area of Lowell and Barnes Hill Road in Concord on April 22. Spencer, who is four years old, had been spotted in Lincoln about six miles from home on April, but remained on the run.
