Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Gamma Nu Omega Chapter Final Commitment Ceremony You are invited to attend the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Gamma Nu Omega Chapter Final Commitment Ceremony. The Ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center (1101 Lincoln St, Columbia, SC 29201. The Final Commitment Ceremony will begin at 10:00 am, so please be prompt. Remember, the attire is a conservative WHITE dress with sleeves or skirt suit with coordinating white shoes and flesh-tone or white hose. Evening and cocktail dresses are inappropriate. Also, pants, hats, large or elaborate earrings and jewelry are not acceptable. You will also be required to wear a white mask per CDC guidelines. You are aware of Alpha Kappa Alpha’s policy regarding attendance at Final Commitment Ceremonies. Only sorors who are financially active may attend. Please bring your FINANCIAL CARD or CERTIFIED LETTER FROM YOUR BASILEUS for admittance. If you plan to attend, you will be REQUIRED to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test results, regardless of being fully vaccinated.
