We are inviting the community to experience The Point on Scott and its Amazing Facility. A low-impact, mobility warm-up, including some simple core conditioning and balance work 45 Min Long Workout. Learn Your Body Fat Percentage & Daily Caloric Intake. Get Fitness & Nutritional Advice For Your Desired Fitness Level & Fitness Goals. Healthy Snacks Will Be Provided. We Asking that Everyone Brings a personal exercise mat, 5lbs Dumbbells & Towel, ( if you don’t, we will still have some on sight as well). The focus is on full body toning & sculpting form and technique. The stretch and flexibility section aims to improve movement/range of motion, aids recovery and to relieve stress - much needed for our physical health and wellbeing. ......................................................................
