To bring you yet another great wine dinner. Bring your friends and family along as we serve up three courses and six wines! First Course- Stags' Leap Chardonnay- Notes of Meyer Lemon, Orange Blossoms, and White Peach. Stags' Leap Viognier- Notes of Orange Blossom, Asian Pear, and Nectarine. Paired with Grilled Seabass topped with an Orange Jalapeno Salsa and Candied Orange Zest. Second Course- Petit Sirah- With notes of Blackberry, Blueberry, and Black Cherry interwoven with White Pepper and Peppery Plum. Investor Red Blend- With noted of Blackberry, Black Currant, and Blueberries alongside notes of Vanilla and Clove. Paired with Pork Tenderloin topped with Blackberry + Bacon Jam. Third Course- Stags' Leap Cabernet- With notes of Blackberry and Black Currant alongside Cinnamon and Caramel. Stags' Leap Cabernet (Limited)- Notes of Dark Rasberry and Black Cherry, interwoven with Espresso and Allspice. Paired with Ethel M. Chocolate Truffle dusted with Cocoa Powder At the end of the night, you'll have the chance to purchase these bottles of wine at retail price for pickup the next day!
