Thruway Crash Snarls Morning Traffic

ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — A tractor-trailer hit the center guardrail on the southbound side of the New York State Thruway near the Palisades Parkway interchange and partially overturned, snarling traffic Tuesday morning. Ramapo police posted photos from the state Thruway Authority's web cameras at about 7 a.m. and warned people to stay away from the area due to the long back up.
