VOOM Ministries present an opportunity for women to share, uplift and inspire in a safe confidential environment. Yes, this means YOU! Unlike the secular stigma, Spiritual Happy Hour is just that, an opportunity for women to share their thoughts and vulnerabilities in a safe and sacred environment, without judgment. Our prayer is that with this program you will find greater fulfilment and a feeling of wellbeing on your Christian journey. Mindfulness and peer support are going to be inspirational. Let's talk about those sensitive subjects as well. When it means something to you, it means something to God. Our free TEA Bar will be open with light refreshments and a good selection of relaxing teas. These sessions are facilitated by a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
