Boro Brews for Books Inaugural Downhill .5K* Stroll Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 3:00 PM Join us for our first annual Boro Brews for Books Downhill .5K Stroll in beautiful downtown Statesboro. Take advantage of the spring weather and new open container rules to stroll through downtown, get a little exercise (very little), and drink a few cold ones with your friends, all while supporting a great cause- Ferst Readers of Bulloch County. Your participation will help us provide books to children birth to 5 years of age to help prepare them for elementary school. Come have some fun while supporting our local children! Starting Line: Back Deck at Tandoor and Tap Finish Line: Front Porch at Eagle Creek Brewery Registration fee: $36 includes commemorative can koozie, 2 drink tickets redeemable for a beer at Tandoor and Tap and Eagle Creek, and course map. Must be 21 to register.
