The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department (JFRD) is seeking 911 Communications Officers. Emergency Communications Officers help save lives during a personal or national crisis. These individuals are often the first and most critical contact citizens have with emergency services.
This position involves both 911 call-taking and radio dispatch. The position provides the following benefits:
