The new Mercy Sports Performance inside Centene Community Ice Center is THE PLACE to push yourself to new levels of performance. Experience a Mercy Friends & Family adult training class June 16 and find out for yourself how our Performance Coaches can walk you through dynamic warm-ups, strength training, metabolic conditioning and recovery techniques that are designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
