Our Introduction to Basic Self-Defense course is an empowering session covering the basics of safety which can be completed in a single hour or multiple courses. Learn the ABC’s of self-defense: Awareness, Boundary Setting and Confidence Building. Let us empower you to be fierce and fabulous.
You will learn how to use your natural instincts to protect and defend yourself; as well as master the basics of assessing your environment for weapons and escape routes. A natural defensive stance that can throw any attacker off-guard and understanding the key vital points of the body can thwart an attack. Lastly, learn basic strikes, blocks, and kicks with an overview of self-defense at close, middle, and longer ranges.
