Description
An elderly Hispanic man is giving away free black kittens from Seguin. They are infested with ticks and are too young to be separated from their mother. I'm assuming they lived outside because i pulled over 50 ticks off one kitten. Beware before accepting a kitten from him. The cats need to be seized and placed in a facility that can help them.
