Join us for a self care evening filled with Reiki, Sound Healing and Cbd provided by Swanky Herbs. Have you been feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? Are you in need of relaxation but find it hard to quiet the mind? Then you dont want to miss out on this unique self care workshop. Sound Healing is a form of vibrational therapy using instruments or vocal toning to induce relaxation within the body, mind and nervous system. Sound Healing helps quiet the mind and brings the energetic bodies back into balance. Reiki is a form of energy healing that works with the energy fields around the body by using hands on techniques and the universal life force energy. Through the focus on the energetic fields it initiates emotional or physical healing. Cbd helps to relax the body easing anxiety and depression allowing you to fully relax into the sound healing and reiki. We will start with a 30 min educational talk about the proper use and benifits of cbd provided by Swank Herbs. Then we will end with an hour long sound healing with a reiki practioner walking around giving each peson rieki. Everyone will be going home with a cbd sample kit provided by Swanky Herbs.
