Description
Per Diem CNA: Small medical model adult day center in Hamden needs per diem CNA to assist and lead small group recreational activities, provide direct client care and assist in activities of daily living under the supervision of our RN. CNA duties also include daily housekeeping. High School diploma or (GED) required. Knowledge of dementia care, with one year related experience plus successful completion of the State Certification Program for Certified Nurse Assistant.
Hours: 7:30am - 3pm, weekdays
