Each session has predetermined light patterns and ambient music designed to trigger different reactions from the mind. Some sessions aim to relax, some create an increased ability to focus and some are designed to elicit feelings of exhilaration. It's like a massage for your brain! Salt Therapy- Our Salt booth allows you to get the benefits of a salt room session in 20 minutes or less! The negatively charged salt ions also help to calm the Central Nervous System and alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety, while soothing the respiratory system.
