Remove blade from rock saw

Hello! I cannot get this saw blade off a 24 inch rock saw. I’ve put w-d 40 on it and other de rusters. The two holes in the photo are for a spanner wrench. I don’t care if the current blade is broken off there. I would just like to replace the blade. $50 to the first person who successfully gets the blade off.
