Home needed for a hunter

I'm looking for a good home for a very good friend. My mothers health is dropping rapidly and Felix needs a new home when we put my mother in a nursing home. He's a hunter, litter box trained but he loves to hunt and do his business outside. He is affectionate, playful and scared of small children. He catches birds and mice, half of his diet are the outdoor animals he catches. He likes to leave evidence of his hunting underneath mom's car in the garage. I can't take him because I live on a busy street. I feel like I'm betraying him but he will end up at the humane society if we can't find him a good home.
