General contractor based in San Francisco is hiring carpenters for high-end remodel projects with expertise in framing. DUTIES: - See remodel projects from demo to clean up - Read plans and perform layouts - Framing, wood - Some finish work: fixture installation and installing baseboards and crown molding - Operate: Reciprocating saw, circular saw, miter saw, drills, nail gun - Cover driving area of San Francisco MUST HAVES: - 8+ years of carpentry experience working on high end residential remodels - Expertise in rough framing - Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts - Ability to measure and cut with precision - Skilled in finish carpentry - Reliable, show up on time every day JOB DETAILS: - $40/hr to $42/hr - Typical work week Monday to Friday, from 7:30AM to 4:30PM - This a long term position - References & background checks required.
