5 star rated Party rental company is looking for flexible weekends, party delivery as well as work on fun party setup/decorations. Unlike amazon or other part time delivery job, customers tip from 10-20% or more. Deliveries are flexible from Friday evening through Sunday. Can choose alternate or prescheduled flexible weekends. Schedules can be planned ahead. We are located in the Foster City/San Mateo area. So it would be ideal if you're in the peninsula area or just across the San Mateo bridge. Deliveries are mostly in the peninsula area. Good for someone looking for weekend work to make some extra $$$ along with Tips. Quarterly bonus of upto 15% for performance and good reviews from customers. We provide delivery van. If you have your own vehicle (pickup trucks, large SUVs, Cargo Vans with or w/o trailer) we will cover gas/mileage. Qualifications: ** Good Driver with a current Driver's License with a clean DMV record (You will have to provide one from DMV when requested). Minor Violations can be considered. ** A good reliable smartphone. You will get the delivery calendar on it. ** GPS (separate unit or one with the cellphone) if using your vehicle. If it's on the phone make sure your phone is hands free and mounted to the vehicle. ** Customer oriented, punctual and attention to details ** Ability to move/maneuver 100+ lbs with dolly. ** Good people skills and positive attitude and Reliable ** Good communication skills. Spanish is a plus. ** Puts safety and customer service first at all times Responsibilities are: ** Arriving on time to the warehouse ** Loading/Unloading/Setup of rentals in a safe manner ** Calling customers to confirm deliveries ** Explaining safety procedures to customers ** Equipment cleaning and pickup at customer and drop off at warehouse after party (evenings) ** Setting up and delivering concession items like popcorn, cotton candy, snowcone machines and assisting our photobooth and balloon services personnel Pay and general work flexibility: ($20/hr + Quarterly Bonus + Tips). Payment can be transferred within same day or 1-2 days. No need to wait for weeks for payment. Most deliveries average around 30 mins. If we can deliver all items for Saturday on Friday, you'll be free Saturday. Just arrive back for pickup of delivered items on Sunday or Monday. Non Delivery work (party designs/setup etc., ) will pay $18/hr during training and $20/hr. after. After 3 months, consideration for full time.
