Help wanted in lawn care

I have a one man lawn service business that has picked up quickly and to handle the number of clients, I am looking for a helper or partner. Starting out I can pay $10 to 15 an hour plus split any tips. And we can discuss more involvement as things grow or higher payments for larger jobs. Payment off the books. Having your own transportation is a plus. Job will included small tasks like putting leaves in bags, trimming weeds, cutting hedges, laying mulch, cutting grass, etc. It helps if you know how to work lawn equipment.
