We are the owner of several commercial properties in San Francisco, duties will include daily maintenance of all the buildings • Conduct daily inspections and maintaining of all buildings • Be able to prioritize work orders. • Be able to troubleshoot or make repairs as needed. • Respond to tenant requests. • Interact with all levels of management throughout the building. • Must be able to climb ladders - not afraid of heights. • Must be able to lift 75 pounds. • Good driving record.
