Photo USA, one of the world's leading companies of personalized photo gifts is looking for a responsible, hard working, and detail-oriented individual to join our talented staff in Fremont, CA. Candidates for this position must be accurate, hands-on, and efficient in their methods. This position requires a certain amount of physical demand and you must have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to quickly find solutions. Responsibilities: - Assist in certain aspects of our warehouse operations that focuses primarily on shipping, receiving, inventory control, and building maintenance. - Shipping via UPS, FedEx and truck freight daily. - Use forklift to move pallets, load shipments into trucks. Unload containers. - Must be able to stand for long periods of time. - Pull, pack and ship orders. - Receive shipments from various vendors. - Work with team members, under management's supervision, to increase production output, verify inventory, manage forecasts, and accurately ship and track orders. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Key Qualifications: - Must be with Forklift experience. - Highly motivated, organized, hard working, and results oriented. - Must work well with your hands and have good hand-eye coordination. - Must be able to speak, read, write and follow detailed instructions in English. - Must be able to physical lift up weights and stand for a prolonged period of time. - Knowledge of UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager software preferred. This is a full time position with medical, dental and vision benefits. We are offering an hourly wage that depends on experience.
